By registering as a member of MaxiPro Fan Club, you agree to be bound by our Terms of Use of this website and these membership terms and conditions ("this Agreement").

We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on our site. Except as stated below, all amended terms shall automatically be effective after they are posted on our site. You agree to review this Agreement periodically to ensure that you are aware of any modifications.

1. Privacy of Personal Information
We are committed to respecting your privacy and protecting the information we collect from you. We will apply and comply with the laws and principles of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap 486) of the Laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China in processing information about you.

Members' personal information will be maintained securely in MaxiPro Fan Club's system. Only authorized staff of MaxiPro Fan Club, will be permitted to access to such personal data.

2. Retrieval and use of Personal Information
You may be required to provide personal data to us under certain situations, including but not limited to, for our internal demographic studies in order to further improve the quality of our products and services, to enable us to provide you with better tailored news and information, or for us to verify your identity when you participate our events. Personal data herein mentioned shall include, but not limited to, the following:

(b) Age;
(c) Gender;
(d) Date of Birth;
(e) Contact Number;
(f) Email Address;
(g) Country;
(h) Address;

In some cases, we may enhance and/or merge members' personal information with data collected from other sources. In the event we enhance and/or merge your personal information with date collected from other sources, we will take reasonable steps to maintain the integrity and quality of that personal information.

For online transactions that involve payment with money or credit cards, members' personal data held by MaxiPro Fan Club may have to be disclosed to banks in connection with payment of relevant fees.

3. Member's account, password and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own selected password and member's account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify MaxiPro Fan Club of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. MaxiPro Fan Club cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the terms stated in this section.

4. Content
You acknowledge that the contents posted on our site including but not limited to data, text, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials are protected by copyright. You should not use the above-described information for any purposes other than expressly permitted by MaxiPro Fan Club. You must comply with all copyright notices or restrictions contained in our services. By posting any content on our site, you are assigning to MaxiPro Fan Club and its affiliates all of your copyright interests in such content and granting to MaxiPro Fan Club and its affiliates the right to display such content on MaxiPro Fan Club's services and its affiliated publications and to use such content for whatever purposes without your consent or payment of any fee to you.

6. Data Collection
Our web servers may also collect data relating to your online session for the production of aggregated, anonymous, statistical information on the server's usage so that we may better attain the demands and expectations of visitors to this website. The data herein mentioned may include, but not limited to, the following:

(a) The browser type and version;
(b) Operating system; and
(c) IP address and/or domain name.

7. MaxiPro Fan Club's right
You acknowledge that MaxiPro Fan Club shall have the right to suspend or terminate any account or refuse access to parts or all of the services of MaxiPro Fan Club, temporarily or permanently, in its sole discretion without notice or liability under certain situations, including but not limited to member’s failure to login MaxiPro Fan Club consecutively for 180 days, or member’s registered email address is no longer valid, or member violates the terms of use of MaxiPro Fan Club or its products . Records on your participation in any activities or services will not be removed after account termination.
